EMPLOYEES EVALUATION COMMITTEE
I intend to appoint the individuals listed below to serve on the Psychological Services
Evaluation Committee. These services are provided almost exclusively to the Police and Fire
Departments and primarily for the evaluation of employment of their entry level job applicants.
1. Thomas Thompson, Assistant Fire Chief
- Supervisor of background investigations and of evaluations of employment applicants
2. Joan Donnelly, Sergeant of Police
- Supervisor of background investigations and of evaluations of employment applicants
David Santisteban, Ph.D.
- Clinical psychologist
- Consultant who developed the entry-level Police Officer and Firefighter examinations
and selection procedures
Gail Poe-Liu, Human Resources Administrator
- Specializes in the recruitment, testing, evaluation, and hiring of Police Officers and
Firefighters
