A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH., FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO.. 2022-32410, 677-
2022, AND 008-2022, SETTING THE DATES FOR THE YEAR 2023 CITY
COMMISSION MEETINGS, REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETINGS, AND
NORTH BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETINGS BY
RESCHEDULING THE MARCH 15, 2023 MEETINGS TO MARCH 27, 2023.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Miami Beach City Charter, the City Commission
shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by Ordinance or Resolution; and
WHEREAS, on November 16, 2022, the City Commission via Resolutions No. 2022-32410,
677-2022, and 008-2022 set the dates for the year 2023 City Commission, Redevelopment Agency
(RDA), and North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (NBCRA) meetings, and
WHEREAS, on February 1, 2023, Commissioner Ricky Arriola inquired aboutthe possibility
of rescheduling the March 15, 2023 Commission Meeting, as he had to travel from March 10 to
March 18, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission approved rescheduling the March 15, 2023 Commission
Meeting date to March 27, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolutions No. 2022-32410, 677-2022, and
008-2022, setting the dates for the year 2023 City Commission Meetings, Redevelopment Agency
Meetings, and North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Meetings are hereby amended by
rescheduling the March 15, 2023 meetings to March 27, 2023.
