Planning Board Recommendation - Review Section 46-152 (b) of the City Code.
On December 20, 2022, the Planning Board held a discussion regarding an application for a Conditional
Use Permit (CUP) located at 1111 Lincoln Road. Subsequent to the approval of the CUP, the Board
unanimously approved the following motion with seven (7) members present:
• Recommend that the City Commission and Land Use and Sustainability Committee consider
modifying Section 46-152 (b) of the City Code, entitled "Noises; unnecessary and excessive
prohibited," to reduce the distance at which sound can be plainly audible for the issuance of a
violation.
