SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2023-258-WG, for Employee Assistance Program
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2023-258-WG. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide confidential and professional EAP services to eligible employees and their dependents.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on April 7, 2023. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Marvin Adams, Employee Benefits Manager, Human Resources Department•Cindy Casanova, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation Department•Lana Hernandez, Human Resources Administrator 11, Human Resources Department•Manuel Marquez, Assistant Director, Finance Department•Elise Spina-Taylor, Lieutenant, Support Service, Police Department
