A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION
OF, THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 93-21001, WHICH CALLED A PUBLIC
HEARING FOR JANUARY 5, 1994 AT 4:00 P.M. TO
CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A CERTIFICATE OF
APPROPRIATENESS FOR DEMOLITION OF A HISTORIC
STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 216 7TH STREET AND
PARTIAL DEMOLITION OF THREE HISTORIC BUILDINGS
LOCATED AT 634, 638 AND 660 COLLINS AVENUE, BY
CHANGING THE DATE AND' TIME OF THE PUBLIC
HEARING TO JANUARY 19, 1994 AT 3:30 P.M.
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1994 the Mayor and City Commission of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida adopted Resolution No. 93-21001,
which is attached hereto, calling a public hearing to be held on
January 5, 1994 at 4: 00 p.m. to consider a request for a
Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition of a historic
structure located at 216 7th Street and partial demolition of three
historic buildings located at 634, 638 and 660 Collins Avenue; and
WHEREAS, due to the need to readvertise it is necessary to
reschedule the public hearing for January 19, 1994 at 3 : 30 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the
aforementioned portion of Resolution No. 93-21001 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR
AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA that a public hearing to consider a request
for a Certificate of Appropriateness For Demolition
of a historic structure located at 216 7th Street
and partial demolition of three historic buildings
located at 634, 638 and 660 Collins Avenue, Miami
Beach, Florida is hereby called to be held before
the City Commission in its Chambers on the Third
Floor of City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive,
Miami Beach, Florida, on January 19, 1994 beginning

at 3:30 p.m. , and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to publish appropriate
Public Notice of the said Public Hearing in a

newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Miami Beach, at which time and place all interested
parties will be heard.
