SUBJEC T: Motion from the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission is to transmit the following motion passed
by the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee at a meeting held on June 20, 2023:
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee makes a motion to support the
acquisition of the apartment unit located at 8420 Byron Avenue, Unit 5, but does
not support the property's resale. The Committee recommends the
Administration keep it as a rental property for low- to moderate-income
households.
