· e- ear Consolidated Plan for Federal Funds FY 1998/99 - FY 2002/03
Attached please find a draft copy of the City's Five-Year Consolidated Plan for your review
and information. The draft is available for review and public comment for thirty days (June
1, 1998 - June 30, 1998). Public copies for review of this document are available at the
City Clerk's office, the department of Community/Economic Development, and the three
branches of the Miami Beach public libraries.
The Community/Economic Development Department will hold two public workshops on
June 11, 1998 for public comment and input on the draft. In addition, the Community
Development Advisory Committee and the Community/Economic Development Department
will hold a public hearing on June 18, 1998 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the
Police Department. On July 1, 1998, the final draft of the Consolidated Plan will be
presented to the City Commission for approval.
Times and locations for the public workshops on June 11, 1998 are 5:00 p.m. at Biscayne
Elementary School, School Cafeteria, 800 77 Street and 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, First Floor
Conference Room, City of Miami Beach.
