SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2024-033-WG for an
Insurance Broker of Record
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of RFQ 2023-
033-WG. The RFQ seeks proposals from qualified firms to represent and manage the City's
interests relative to various insurance policies managed by the Risk Management Division.
Proposals pursuant to this RFQ will be received on January 25, 2024. The Evaluation Committee
will review the responsive proposals in accordance with the criteria established in the RFO.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Marvin Adams, B en e fits Manager, Human Resources Department
• Marc Chevalier, Risk Manager, Human Resources Department
• Amy Knowles, Director, Environment and Sustainability Department
• Elizabeth Miro, Acting Director, Facilities and Fleet Management Department
• Ann Marie Sharpe, Risk Manager, City of Miami
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
• Monica Beltran , Director, Parking Department
• Guy Hine, Risk Manager, City of Fort Lauderdalo
• Kenny Ingersoll, Compensation Manager, Human Resources Department
