On January 29, 2024, the Ad Hoc Advisory Charter Review and Revision Board ("Charter Review Board") voted to transmit the following recommendation to the City Commission, concerning agenda item R9 Eon the January 31, 2024, City Commission meeting agenda. Motion: The Charter Review Board has invested considerable time in drafting an increased, and comprehensive, compensation package for the Mayor and City Commission. The Charter Review Board therefore respectfully requests that the City Commission defer any further action on Agenda Item R9E until the Board has the opportunity to present its recommendations to the City Commission.
