SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2024-007-
ND for the Management and Operation of the Collins Park Rotunda
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City
Commission on the status of ITN No. 2024-007-ND. The ITN seeks proposals from firms
interested in activating the Collins Park Rotunda with arts and cultural uses.
The City received proposals pursuant to this ITN on January 29, 2024. Responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria
established in the ITN.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: •Ray Breslin, President, Collins Park Neighborhood Association
•Cynthia Casanova, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation Department
•Lissette Garcia Arrogante, Director, Tourism and Culture Department
•David Martinez, Director, Office of Capital Improvement Projects
•Elizabeth Miro, Interim Director, Facilities and Fleet Management Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: •Ozzie Dominguez, Asset Management Division Director, Facilities and Fleet
