SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2024-032-WG for
Janitorial Services
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Proposals (RFP) No. 2024-032-WG. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide
citywide janitorial services for all City facilities.
Proposals pursuant to this RFP were received on February 2, 2024. The responsive proposals will
be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Marcel Couso, Senior Parking Operations Manager, Parking Department
•Jose Del Risco, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation Department
•Michael George, Lieutenant, Police Support Services, Police Department
•Elvis Santana, Facilities Zone Manager, Facilities and Fleet Management Department
•Santiago Sellan, Contracts Compliance Administrator, Facilities and Fleet Management
Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Javier Fulgueira, Park Facilities Manager, Parks and Recreation Department
•Angel Rivera, Parking Operations Supervisor, Parking Department
