SUBJECT: ROOF REPLACEMENT BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE
I intend to appoint the following individuals to serve on the Roof Replacement Blue Ribbon
Committee, per the City Commission's directive from its July 15, 1998 Commission meeting:
1. Ronnie Singerman, President, Art Construction Co., and former TCCEA
Chairperson.
2. Donald Kipnis, Chief Executive Officer, Miller and Solomon, and a Miami Beach
resident.
3. Charlie Danger, Interim Building Official, Miami-Dade County Planning,
Development and Regulations Department.
4. Eddie McIntyre, TCCEA member, and a Attorney-at-Law.
5. Richard McConachie, Chief Building Inspector, CMB Building Department.
