The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LT C) is to inform the Mayor and Commission of the motions
passed by the Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board at its meeting on March 5, 2024:

The Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board motions to appoint Sean Smith as the Chair and
David Berger as the Vice-Chair of said board.
