Committee Motion
This Letter to Commission ("LTC") provides an update regarding a motion passed at the March
12, 2024 meeting of the North Beach CRA Advisory Committee (the "Committee").
Committee: Jose Smith (Chair), Betsy Perez (Vice Chair), Ronnie lssenberg, Romina Orozco-
Encio, Tom Richerson, and Manning Salazar.
Motion: The Committee reviewed the application and recommends that the
Chairperson and Board of Directors of the North Beach CRA approve and
authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement with Lolarossa,
Inc. D/BIA Bob's Your Uncle, for participation in the Commercial Fa~ade and
Improvement Program.
