Hudak, City Manag r DATE: March 18, 2024 SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) 2024-060-DF for Waterway Cleanup and Debris Removal The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of RFP 2024-060-DF. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified vendors to remove debris from the City's waterways. The services include routine and emergency (storm-related) cleanin·g. Proposals, pursuant to the RFP, will be received on March 25, 2024. The responsive proposals must be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP. I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: •Jose Del Risco, Assistant Director, Parks & Recreation Department •Dave Doebler, Chair, Marine and Waterfront Protection Authority •Bradford Kaine, Sanitation Division Director, Public Works Department •Lindsey Precht, Assistant Director, Environmental & Sustainability Department •Duane Rezende, Sargeant, Police Department I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: •Hernan Cardena, Director, Code Compliance Department •Amy Knowles, Chief Resilience Officer, Director, Environmental & Sustainability Department •George Ruiz, Sanitation Assistant Director, Public Works Department Thank you.
