T he purpose of this L TC is to transm it the fo llowing m otion passed by the Affordable Housing
Advisory Comm i ttee ("C om m i tt ee") at a meeting held on March 19, 2024:
T he A ffo rdable Housing Advisory Com m ittee m akes a m otion encouraging the Administration to
identify funding to develop the Barclay Plaza Apartm ents in the event that the responder's
pro posal pursuant to (RF P 2023-115-KB ) is not appro ved.
