I am writing for both my husband and myself We wish to thank you and your excellent staff
members who have responded most effectively and professionally to our calls to Code
Compliance,
Our very special thanks goes to Mercy Davila, The Code Compliance Department is most
fortunate to have Mercy on staff She has innumerable skills and abilities in dealing with the
public, a most valuable asset She is an excellent Code Compliance Officer.
We send additional thanks to Christina, Scarlett, and to your secretary Elena, It is a pleasure to
speak to each one of these women. The problems we have been encountering have been swiftly
and graciously dealt with by Mer~y, Christina, Scarlett, and Elena,
You are aware of the problems we have been having with the renters next door to us, Blair and
Juan Fuentes, and their four, fully-grown, howling dogs, I am very happy to report that the
Fuentes have removed themselves and their belongings from 3757 Chase Avenue. They
completed this over the past weekend, They have left the dogs who continue to roam and bark in
the backyard, We are hoping that they will be soon picking up the dogs and removing them also
from the property,
Thank you again for your and your staffs effective help to us, We feel most fortunate to live on
Miami Beach because of the excellent Code Compliance Department
