16TH STREET GARAGE
As requested at the December 2, 1998 City Commission meeting, fire inspections were performed
and approved on December 7, 1998. Paving on 16th Street has been completed. Final inspections
are being performed today by the Building Department and the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
(TCO) is anticipated on Monday, December 14, 1998.
Pursuant to our conversation with Quik Park, the Agency's parking operator, the 16th Street Garage
will be operational the day following issuance of a TCO, i.e. Tuesday, December 15, 1998.
