Collins Canal is obstructed with debris
to such an extent as to interfere with the free flow
of water through it. Will you at your earliest
convenience organize a crew and see that this con-
dit~nn is remedied and such debris removed~ This
request is made at the order of -the City. Council.

have not been cleared. South Alton Road lbs one of these
cases and First Street, between Washington and Collins
is another.
