BY
WHEREAS, the land upon which said easement is requested
forms a portion of the Redevelopment plan of the Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency, and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority and the Redevelopment
Agency have agreed to the grant of said easement subject to the
conditions and provisions set forth in a Grant of Easement pre-
pared by the city Attorney and approved as to form by him, and
WHEREAS, the city commission of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be in the best interest of the City of Miami Beach,
its citizens and residents that said easement be granted subject
to the conditions set forth in said instrument;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
and deliver said Grant of Easement for and in the name of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida.
