This Letter to the City Commission is to announce the selection of Assistant Chief Chuck
Press to be the new Chief of Police for the Village of Key Biscayne. Assistant Chief Press
will be retiring from the Miami Beach Police Department after 29 years of distinguished
service on July 16, 2003. Please join me in congratulating Assistant Chief Press on his
new challenge and wishing him the best as the new Chief of Police with Key Biscayne
Police Department.
