Grab your Playbill because the Playground Revue show is almost here!
The Parks & Recreation Department invites you to join us at the 61st Annual Playground
Revue, a traditional fun-filled day of dance and entertainment. In order to accommodate our
large audience, the show has been split into two performances 1 p.m. (1-3 grades) and 7 p.m.
(4-12 grades) at the Jackie Gleason Theater of Performing Arts. Summer campers will
perform music and dance routines to the theme "Miami Beach Goes Broadway" on Thursday,
July 22, 2004 for our audience of over 2,000 family members, friends and camp participants.
Please join us for the opening ceremonies scheduled to begin at either 1 or 7 p.m., even if
your busy schedule will not permit you to stay for the entire show. Your participation as well
as that of your children, family and friends is greatly welcomed. Reserved seating is
available, so please let us know if you are planning to attend, as we expect another packed
house!
