FLORIDA ETHICS LAW" CONFERENCE The Florida Commission on Ethics and the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust, in cooperation with the john Scott Dailey Florida Institute of Government and the Florida League of Cities, are pleased to sponsor the 2004 Florida Ethics Law Conference to be held at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel. The conference is designed specifically for state and local government elected and appointed officials, government attorneys, members of quasi-judicial and advisory boards, amI other interested government employees. It will offer participants the opportunity to explore and discuss the State's updated ethics laws in depth and give attendees a better understanding of commis- sion procedures and practices. Staff members from the Florida Commission on Ethics and the Miami- Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust will lead the various sessions. Participants in the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Requirements Program (CLER) will receive 9.5 General hours and 9.5 Ethics hours.
