The bid process could be underway by the end of the year and signs could be installed in the Winter/Spring of 2005. The City has identified funding to cover the cost of sign fabrication and installation for Phase 1, which includes all directional signs for vehicles, parking signs and gateway signs for the Harding Avenue entrance and the Venetian Causeway entrance. Future phases will include the MacArthur Causeway gateway sign, pedestrian signs, street name signs and special district signs or banners.
