FOR CITIZEN/PUBLIC OPINION SURVEY SERVICES
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee
relative to the above subject RFP:
· Roymi Membiela, Committee Chair, President of Roymi Membiela & Associates,
Inc., Member of the Cultural Arts Council and North Beach resident.
· Phillip Cousins, Chairman of Soft Logic (LLC), Secretary of Neighborhood
Leadership Academy Alumni Association and South Beach resident.
· Valerie Taylor, Marking and Media Director of Virginia Key Beach Park Trust,
Member of the Community Relations Board and South Beach resident.
· Daniel Cabrera, self employed in the real estate business, graduate of the Miami
Beach Neighborhood Leadership Academy and Mid Beach resident.
· Loretta Cronk, Executive Assistant to Chief Information Officer (CIO), Office of
the County Manager, Miami Dade County (strong background in survey work).
Ramiro Inguanzo, Chief of Staff, City Manager's Office.
Kathie Brooks, Director, Office of Budget and Performance Improvement.
