Reply Separator Subject: Evaluation committee: benefits consultant Author: MaryGreenwood at C-H-PO Date: 8/20/99 4:35 PM Sergio, Remember, this is a two step process. The first RFP is for a benefit consultant. Then they will do a financial study to see if self insurance is feasible. Then the benefit consultant will help us develop another RFP, to inccrporate self insurance, if deemed appropriate, to go out for health insurance again. We were not planning to have outside members of the evaluation committe to pick the benefits consultant. We were planning to have outside members for the second RFP. If you think we need outside members for both, please let me know, and we will add two other members to the committee. By the way, today was the dealine and there are three bidders. Mary
