PLACEMENT OF PUBLIC PAY TELEPHONES ON THE PUBLIC RIGHT-
OF-WAY AND ON CITY PROPERTIES.
The City's Procurement Department issued Request for Proposal 61-98/99 on May 21, 1999 for the
placement of public pay telephones on the public fight-of-way and on City properties. Kesponse was
received and opened on July 15, 1999.
