"HOW TO BID" SEMINAR ASSOCIATED WITH THE AUCTION FOR THE SALE OF THE
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2620 BIARRITZ DRIVE, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
Please be advised that Fisher Auction Company will be presenting a "How to Bid" Seminar
for the auction of the City-owned bayfront lot (the Property) located at 2620 Biarritz Drive,
tomorrow, Friday, February 11th from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers.
The Seminar is open to the public for the convenience of interested parties, prospective
bidders and brokers. Representatives from the City and Fisher Auction will be on hand to
answer questions regarding the upcoming Auction, which will be held "on-site" at the
Property location on Friday, February 18th at 3:00 p.m.
The Auction package (including Real Estate Contract), as well as the Title Commitment for
the property, as procured by the City (costs of which will be borne by the successful
bidder), are available for review on the Fisher Auction web site, and may be reviewed by

the Property Information Section. The Title Commitment is listed after the Environmental
Reports.
