This Letter to the City Commission is to provide info,nation on the 2005 M.,~D.D. Awards.
These awards were presented to honor the recipients for their support of DUI/DRE
Enforcement, the use of Sobriety Checkpoints, and DUI Saturation Patrols as a deterrent
to DUi crime furthering MA.D.D.'s cause.
On February 10, 2005 an Award of Distinction was presented to Donald W. De Lucca,
Chief of Police, and the following personnel were honored for their efforts in combating
