This LTC is to inform you that as per City Code Sec 2-24(a), all persons serving on city
agencies, boards and committees shall cease to hold office when a successor is duly
appointed, or 60 days after the expiration of the term of their office.
Attached for your convenience are reports of "At Large" and "Direct" board and committee
appointments which expired on December 31, 2004. The 60 day extension expires on
March 1 st.
