Enclosed are 5 Agreements for Purchase and Sale between the City of Miami
Beach and Florida Power & Light Company, for signature of the appropriate
officials.
In addition to obtaining the applicable signatures, please request the
return of the agreement in the blue-back cover to the City Clerk's Office,
attention: Mercy Williams. Subsequently, a fully executed copy will be
forwarded to you for your files in addition to a copy of the resolution
(94-21397) authorizing said agreements.
Also please furnish us with a copy of your transmittal letter to
Metropolitan Dade County for the above-referenced agreements.
