Enclosed are three agreements approving a federal equitable sharing
agreement with the United States Department of the Treasury for
signature of the appropriate official.
In addition to obtaining the applicable signature, please request
the return of the agreement in the blue-back cover to the City
Clerk's Office, attention: Mercy Williams. Subsequently, a fully
executed copy will be forwarded to you for your files in addition to
a copy of the resolution (94-21402) authorizing said agreements.
Also please furnish us with a copy of your transmtttal letter to the
United States Department of the Treasury for the above-referenced
agreements.
