SUBJECT: Mutual Aid Agreement
Enclosed are four (4) Mutual Aid Agreements with the Florida DeRartment of
Law Enforcement, for sigatures of the appropriate officials.
In addition to obtaining the applicable signatures, please request the
return of the agreement in the blue-back cover to the City Clerk's Office,
attention: Mercy Williams. Subsequently, a fully executed copy will be
forwarded to you for your files in addition to a copy of the resolution
(94-21431) authorizing said agreements.
Also please furnish us with a copy of your transmittal letter to the
Florida Department of Law Enforcement for the above-referenced agreements.
