SUBJECT: HISTORIC CITY HALL ADA COMPLIANCE AND HISTORIC
RENOVATION PROJECT STATUS
The attached report from Property Management provides a current status of the ADA and historic
renovation project at the Historic City Hall Building.
Property Management is also proceeding to obtain structural evaluations of the exterior of the
building due to the recent deterioration of a portion of the plaster facade.
