(RFQ) NO. 10-04/05 PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL, LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTURE, PLANNING & URBAN DESIGN AND ENGINEERING
SERVICES IN VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL SPECIALTIES ON AN "AS-
NEEDED BASIS", FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN WHICH THE BASIC
CONSTRUCTION COST DOES NOT EXCEED $500,000 PER PROJECT, OR
FOR STUDY ACTIVITIES FOR WHICH THE FEE DOES NOT EXCEED
$25,000
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) NO.1 0-04/05 which seeks to establish contracts with architectural and
engineering firms to provide professional services on an "as-needed basis" pursuant to the
Consultant Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). The RFQ seeks responses from firms in
the following specialized areas:
Architecture -
General, Landscape, Planning/Urban Design and Historic Building
Specialization
Civil, Electrical, Environmental/Coastal, Mechanical, Structural,
Transportation Planning/Traffic Engineering, and Land Surveying
Services..
Engineering -
