The preliminary estimate is for budget planning purposes only. The official assessment will be released on July 1, 2005. This estimate represents an increase of 21.6% over the 2004 preliminary assessment of $14,040,817,181. Atthis time, the estimate does not provide break-out of new construction or the Redevelopment Districts.
