(RFQ) NO. 22-04/05 PROFESSIONAL BUILDING INSPECTION AND PLANS
REVIEW SERVICES IN VARIOUS DISCIPLINES ON AN "AS-NEEDED
BASIS" FOR THE CITY OF MIMAI BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT

The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 22-04/05 which seeks to establish contracts with architectural and
engineering firms to provide professional services on an "as-needed basis" pursuant to the
Consultant Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) in the areas of building inspections and
plans review. The RFQ seeks responses from firms in the following specialized areas:
Building Inspection
Electrical Inspection
Plumbing Inspection
Mechanical Inspection
Roofing Inspection
Building Plans Examination
Electrical Plans Examination
Plumbing Plans Examination
Mechanical Plans Examination
Structural Plans Examination
