On June 8th, 2005, the Mayor and City Commission authorized the issuance of RFP# 28-04-
05 for the Design, Installation, On-going Servicing and Maintenance of a Citywide Holiday
Decorations Program. The RFP responses were submitted to the Purchasing Division on
July 25, 2005.
