Planning Board File No. 1736 - Harding Village, 8540 Harding Avenue
The purpose of this LTC is to provide you with an update on the request for Conditional
Use approval by Harding Village Ltd.
At the September meeting of the Planning Board, the Harding Village item was continued.
The action of the Board was as follows:
Motion: Courtney/Kuperman. Vote: 4-1, 1 member absent, 1 member
recused. Motion to continue to the October 25th meeting at 5:00 p.m. If
canvassing the Board demonstrates that all the Board members will not be
able to attend, pick a new date and the applicant will re-notice.
Some of the Board members will not be able to attend the October meeting, and following
the direction of the Board staff tried to set a special meeting as directed by the Board but
could not get consensus on the dates the Commission Chamber was available after 5:00
p.m.
At the October meeting, the applicant, Harding Village, will be requesting a continuance to
the November meeting in an effort to get 6 voting members of the Board present. At this
meeting, staff will request that new notice be mailed.
