CITY MANAGER POSITION
As I previously advised you, I have accepted a position in the University of Miami as Vice President
of Real Estate. I will be leaving my position as City Manager for the City of Miami Beach on
December 17, 1999, so that I will be able to spend some time with my family before I start in my
new position. I have enjoyed every minute of my work in the City, and thank you for your continued
support throughout the years. I was honored to be your City Manager/Deputy.
