Enclosed you will find the Bureaus Independent Auditors Report and Financial
Statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1999 with comparisons to the prior
year. This audit report is being submitted to your office in accordance with Section
1.02 of the Agreement Between the City of Miami Beach and the Greater Miami
Convention & Visitors Bureau dated July 7th, 1999.
We are pleased to announce that during the course of the external audit, there were no
significant issues or reportable conditions. Accordingly, for the ninth year there is no
Management Letter stemming from the audit.
