Gonzalez, City Manager ~x)r,~~ DATE: February 13, 2006 SUBJECT: 2006/2007 Election Schedule Attached for your perusal is a letter from Mr. Lester Sola, Supervisor of Elections, dated February 6, 2006, requesting that the City of Miami Beach consult with the Election Department by May 1,2006 any questions/races that the City of Miami Beach may wish to place on the September Primary and the November General Election. In previous years the cut-off date was much later than the May 1 date. I have asked the City Clerk to discuss this with Mr. Sola. A follow-up LTC will be sent.
