South Florida CEO - Miami Beach City Report

The purpose of this LTC is to provide the Mayor and City Commission with a copy of the
Miami Beach City Report, which was produced by South Florida CEO magazine as a
supplement to their March 2006 issue.
In January, the Administration met with representatives of South Florida CEO to discuss an
update to the Miami Beach City Report that was included in their April 2004 issue. This
continues a relationship between the City and the magazine that began with the first City
Report published in December 2000, when the magazine was known as Miami Business.
As it has grown from being a business resource for Greater Miami into the magazine that
covers the overall economy of South Florida, South Florida CEO has shown continued
commitment to Miami Beach, as demonstrated by the quality of this report. In addition to the
inclusion of the report as an insert to the magazine, South Florida CEO has provided the City
with 5,000 copies of the report, at no cost to the City.
Additional copies of the report are available in the Economic Development Department or
