Response to Special Winter Go Rates for Residents

On February 22, 2006, an LTC was sent advising you of the establishment of special winter
season golf rates to offer our residents expanded golfing opportunities at both the Miami
Beach Golf Club and the Miami Shores Golf Club. The following reduced rates were made
available to our residents for the months of March and April:
. On Mondays a discounted rate of $50.00 + tax (regular rate of $79.00 + tax) was
offered to our residents at the Miami Beach Golf Club.
. On Tuesdays a discounted rate of $40.00 + tax (regular rate of $60.00 + tax) was
offered to our residents at the Miami Shores Golf Club.
We are pleased to inform you that our residents enjoyed this consideration with a total of
218 playing at the Miami Beach Golf Club and 46 playing at the Miami Shores Golf Club
during this period. The summer rates at the Miami Beach Golf Club are now in effect and
residents can enjoy playing golf for $45.00 during the week.
