SUBJECT: Proposed Evaluation Committee for the Construction Manager at Risk
Services for the Renovation of the Scott Rakow Youth Center Project
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 27-05/06, and to request approval of the proposed Evaluation
Committee Members.
On May 10, 2006, RFQ No. 27-05/06 was issued for a Construction Manager at Risk Firm to
provide pre-construction services for the renovation and construction of the Scott Rakow
Youth Center Project.
I am proposing appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above RFQ:

Jackie Fernandez
Thomas Mooney
Graciela Escalante

Parks Director or designee
