SUBJECT: Proposed Evaluation Committee for Architectural/Engineering Services for
the Renovation of the Scott Rakow Youth Center Project
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 26-05/06, and to request approval of the proposed Evaluation
Committee Members.
On May 10, 2006, RFQ No. 26-05/06 was issued for architectural, engineering, design, bid
and award, and construction administration services for the design and construction
administration of the renovation of the Scott Rakow Youth Center Project.
I am proposing appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above RFQ:

Jackie Fernandez
Thomas Mooney
Graciela Escalante
CIP Assistant Director
Parks Director or designee
