FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 23-05/06
The purpose of the Letter to Commission is to update the Mayor and City Commission on
the RFP for Auditing Services. The RFP submittals were due and received on June 19,
2006. The City received two responses.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee
for the above subject RFP:
Jeryl (Deede) Weithorn - Independent CPA
Georgina Echert - Assistant Director, Finance, CMS
James Sutter - Internal Auditor, CMS
Larry Herrup - Independent CPA
Marc Gidney - Independent CPA
I would appreciate your comments and/or suggestions by Monday, June 26, 2006.
