Subject: Evaluation Committee Related to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 20-05/06 -
Landscape Maintenance and Litter Control Services for all Green Areas
Associated with Citywide Parking Lots and Garages.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for Proposals
(RFP) No. 20-05/06, which seeks responses from licensed and high performing contractors with
strong professional qualifications to provide Landscape Maintenance and Litter Control Services,
at the discretion of the City Commission.
Pursuant to the City Key Intended Outcome to Maintain and Enhance the Cleanliness Levels
throughout the Community, the successful contractor must perform the following work tasks under
any awarded contract:
. The furnishing of all labor, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment,
materials, services and incidentals necessary to provide complete landscape maintenance
and litter control services as specified herein;
. Litter retrieval and waste disposal;
. Waste control mowing, trimming/ edging;
. Mowing, trimming/edging;
. Turf management, irrigation system operation maintenance / repair; and
. Palm and tree pruning, replacement of plants as required, and traffic control.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on the
above subject RFP.
