"Drift" - South Poi nte Park Public Art Project

This Letter to Commission (LTC) is to inform you that the "Drift" is being unveiled to the
South Pointe community on Friday, July 7,2006 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Apogee
Sales Center, which is located at 800 South Pointe Drive. This is being done to formally
introduce the community to the project. The Commission is invited to attend.
Furthermore, please be advised that initial graffiti tests of the marble samples were
extremely successful. Additional marble samples are being delivered in July and another
round of graffiti tests will be scheduled as soon as the samples are received. Once
additional information is confirmed for these tests, it will be forwarded to your attention.
In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions.
