Please be advised that I will be out of the office on May 1 & 2, 2000, attending the County, City and
Local Government Law Certification Examination. I will also be out on Thursday, May 4 at a
seminar. I will, however, be available by cell phone for most of the day on Monday (305 318-2988),
but will be available on Tuesday only between noon and 1:00 P.M., and after 5:00 P.M. On
Thursday, I will be available by cell phone all day.
In my absence I am appointing Assistant City Manager Matthew Schwartz to act on my behalf. You
